Chelsea and Barcelona are set to fight for Everton highly rated center-back John Stones, according to FNG.
La Liga giants Barcelona have been keeping tabs on Stones for the past few months while on the other hand Chelsea targeted him back in the summer as they looked to replace skipper John Terry with Stones.
The Premier League Champions have once again entered the race to sign the young Englishman. London side are planning to sign him as a long term replacement of veteran Terry.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez has told that Stones would not be leaving the Merseyside Blues but how long would he stay? He is certainly going to leave Goodison Park either for Chelsea or Barca.
Barca scouts have been watching the youngster in the past few games. Boss Luis Enrique is planning to sign him as they are struggling with defensive problems.
The 21-year-old has been exceptional so far this season and could be planning to leave the Toffees in the summer.
Jones has picked up only three yellow cards in 20 appearances in Premier League this term.
Reports suggest that he would cost around £38million which would be easy for both Chelsea and Barca.
Rumours further include the interest of big clubs Real Madrid, Manchester United and Arsenal.
