Odion Ighalo has been exceptional so far this term, he has scored 14 goals in 26 games in Premier League and has been eyed by several top sides including Arsenal.

The Gunners have been keeping tabs on him for the past few months and tried to sign him last month, however failed to conclude the deal. But now the reports have claimed that Ighalo is eyeing to leave Watford in the summer.

The 26-year-old Nigerian forward who signed a contract last year will cost around £20million.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has faced striking issues this season, however now Danny Welbeck has returned but the French manager is still keen to bolster his squad.

While current first choice striker Olivier Giroud has not scored in any of his last eight games. Also, Ighalo has not scored in his past three games, he is likely to restart his top form once again when Watford face Bournemouth.

On the other hand, Arsenal lost yesterday against Barcelona in the first leg of round of 16 of Champions League. They will face Manchester United this weekend.
