Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed a great news for the supporters that Emre Can has returned from his ankle injury.

Liverpool official website revealed Klopp's statement that the German midfielder has returned to training from his ankle injury.

Liverpool will host Villarreal in the second leg of Europa League semifinal this Thursday after a 1 – 0 lose away from home last week.

The Reds have faced problems in the center of midfield in the absence of Emre Can and skipper Jordon Henderson, however the latter one is still on the sideline.

Klopp said Henderson is recovering well and he will back for the England squad for the Eurpean competition but it is expected that he will not return this season, maybe he might return for the final of Europa League if Liverpool qualify for it.

While the German boss said regarding Emre Can that he is fit and will start this game.
“Only Emre will return to the squad, the rest are still out.”

Joe Allen is expected to lose his place for Can in the starting eleven.

Liverpool are 1 – 0 down on aggregate and if they concede a goal then they might be needing another drama like the Quarter final game against Borussia Dortmund.

Liverpool have revealed that striker Divock Origin has sustained a ligament injury which will sideline him for the remainder of the season.

The Reds striker has been in an excellent form, he has netted five goals in last five games. But now he will miss the remaining five Premier League games plus the Europa League semifinal next week.

Origi picked up an injury while playing against Everton few days ago in a Premier League Derby. Ramiro Funes Mori made a strong rough challenge which suspended him for the next three games. However, he has now apologized for the incident.

The recent reports from Liverpool medical team revealed a good news that he has not suffered a broken ankle problem but ligament is still an issue.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp told after the game that they could not celebrate the win because of Origi serious injury. The striker has been in great form and was needed in the Europa League games.

Origi is hoping to return soon as he eyes to join Belgium side for the coming European Championship.

Daniel Sturridge would now be filling his place in the starting eleven who is also in great form.

Arsenal will face Crystal Palace this Sunday at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners who were struggling with the injury problems are finally free from and have a fully fit squad for the first time this season.

Last week all of the players including Petr Cech, Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky returned from their respective injury leaving only Santi Cazorla and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the sideline.


The recent news from Arsenal.com have revealed that both Cazorla and Chamberlain are set to return from knee injury.

Both the midfielders have started light training and are now likely to return back to full training and soon will be seen on the field.

Wenger told in a pre match conference about the duo that they are now close to return to full training. While the rest squad is fully fit and these two are likely to return next week.

Arsenal could end the season as high as possible with the help of Cazorla and Chamberlain. Currently, the Gunners are sitting on third spot in the Premier League table.

The Gunners have been struggling in the Premier League in the absence of these two, especially Cazorla who was phenomenal before picking up the injury last year.

Arsenal were in the title race but now are far away from the league leaders Leicester City who just cannot drop points. Arsenal are 13 points behind the leaders with one game in hand. More importantly, Arsenal have to maintain their place at the third spot because Manchester City are not far away from them.

Several of Arsenal players including Aaron Ramsey, Petr Cech, Mathieu Flamini, Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky have returned recently from injury. But Santi Cazorla and Oxlade-Chamberlain remain the long term absentees with an Achilles and knee injury, respectively.

According to the recent reports, both of them are likely to return next week and could be getting some games of this season.

Barcelona center-back Thomas Vermaelen has suffered another injury this season and now he is likely to be out for the remainder of the season.

The former Arsenal star who has started only six games for the Camp Nou side is now out with a calf injury.

The 30-year-old joined Barca in 2014 summer and has made only 21 appearances so far in all campaigns. The last time he played was a month ago, in a big La Liga win over Getafe.

Barca announced earlier today that the Belgian defender has picked up a calf injury and would be out for an unknown time period. It is expected that he will be out for atleast a month.

The club confirmed, “The Belgian defender suffered an elongation in the soleus of his right leg.”

Barca already have defender Jeremy Mathieu on the sideline and now Vermaelen has also joined him.

The Catalans are currently leading the La Liga table with three points above Atletico Madrid.

Barca will now prepare without them for the upcoming second leg game against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League this Wednesday.

However, it is expected that Wilshere and Rosicky will play for the under-21 side before coming to action for the first team.

Arsenalwill travel to West Ham United to play an early Premier League game this Saturday.

Arsenal have been struggling with injured players for the past few months and now the season is about the end they have only two players on the sidelines.

Coutinho has been a vital player for the Reds but he picked up a minor knocked while on international duty. He hardly played the two games for Brazil.

He came in the final quarter against Uruguay while did not feature against Paraguay few days ago. However, this could be a good news for Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp as he did not feature so much but on the other hand it might be because of the injury which could sidelined him for few weeks.

While duo Brazilians Roberto Firmino and Lucas Leiva are already out through injury but are expected to return this weekend.

Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech is set to return from his injury this weekend when the Gunners face Watford in a Premier League game.
Arsenal star Petr Cech set to return


The Gunners stopper has been out with a calf injury for the past few weeks, he is now set to return to action. 

Arsenal will host Watford in the Premier League game this Saturday.

Cech picked up the calf injury against Swansea City earlier this month and has missed several of games including Champions League.


With Arsenal now struggling in the Premier League, Cech has to regain his full fitness and perform at the best level in order to help Arsenal to secure a European spot.

The Gunners are currently in fine form, before international break they beat Everton and continued their unbeaten run of three games in Premier League.

Cech said while giving interview on Arsenal.com that he should be back once the international break is over. Furthermore, his injury was not that much serious.

The North London side are 11 points behind league leaders Leicester City and with only 8 games left to be played it can be predicted that Arsenal cannot reenter the title race.

Arsenal trio Theo Walcott, Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxalade-Chamberlain are likely to lose their spot from the England squad ahead of theEuro Championship 2016.

Arsenal trio set to miss Euro 2016
Jack Wilshere, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott all have been regular for England but due to injury and other talented players they could lose their spot from the squad.

Yesterday, England came from two goals down to win against Germany, Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck was replaced by Jamie Vardy who netted the second goal for the Three Lions.
Welbeck might not lose his place from the squad but he could see himself more at the bench now as Vardy has continued his club performance at the international level.
England boss Roy Hodgson will be taking 23 players to the Euro tournament and it remains unseen whether his favourite attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be able to make it or not.

Chamberlain has missed major part of this season due to injury and despite of it he has not reached the level that was expected from him.

While, Wilshere is certainly going to miss this competition as he has not featured for the Gunners since July and is still not sure whether he will make it before the season ends. Same goes for Theo Walcott who has featured but has not returned to his top form.

Liverpool have suffered a big blow as striker Divock Origi has been ruled out due to injury problem he picked up recently.

The Belgian striker picked up an injury while on international yesterday. Everton star Kevin Mirallas has replaced Origi in the squad.

Also on the other hand, another Belgium and Liverpool striker Christian Benteke has picked up an injury and has been dropped from the squad.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has 19 players on international duty and he was hoping all of them to return fit and healthy but unfortunately within the first week the boss has faced two injury problems.

Belgium will be facing Portugal in a friendly game next week and will be without Origi and Benteke. While Liverpool will be playing Tottenham Hotspur in Premier League next week and are likely be without these duo strikers.

Liverpool have only Daniel Sturridge fit as a striker and will continue with him upfront but on the other hand Origi and Benteke both have joined Roberto Firmino on the sideline. It is also expected that Origi’s injury is not serious and he could make a comeback in the start of next week.

Manchester United injury updates ahead of Derby game


The Premier League Derby will be played at the Etihad Stadium this Sunday.

Manchester United have been struggling in every competition and this would be another big game that could take their Champions League hopes for next season.

Duo Ashley Young and Cameron Borthwick-Jackson have returned and could be seen in the starting eleven. But big names including Wayne Rooney and Ander Herrera are both out for this game.

The skipper is out with a knee injury and is not likely to return this season while the latter one is doubtful for this game. He will have to pass the late fitness test on Sunday.


Adnan Januzaj is also back but will not be getting a starting birth.

While long term absentees Luke Shaw, Phil Jones and Will Keane remain on the sideline through injury.

This would be a big game for boss Louis van Gaal as this could cost his job. LVG have been poor so far this year and back to back defeats would surely give him a way towards the exit door.

Arsenal will travel to Goodison Park to face Everton in a Premier League game this weekend.

Midfielder Mathieu Flamini is the recent one who has joined the injury list of the Gunners after picking up a hamstring injury in a Champions League game against Barcelona few days ago.

The list remains the same including Aaron Ramsey out with thigh, Jack Wilshere with leg, Tomas Rosicky with thigh, Santi Cazorla with Achilles, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with knee and Petr Cech with a calf injury.

Arsene Wenger updated that no one from the above list will be returning for the coming game. They still need time to return back to action.

The French boss said when asked about Cazorla and Wilshere, both of them ae still a month away, they could return to training after international break.

Ramsey, Cech and Flamini are all likely to return after the international break, as per the boss.

David Ospina will continue in the absence of Cech at goal while Callum Chambers is expected to take Flamini’s role in the midfield.

Rooney has been out for the past few weeks and it was expected he will return in the first week of next month.

The 30-year-old striker is recovering from a knee injury but the progress is too slow which will take another few months.

The Englishman is likely to be out for the remainder of the season but is confident that he will return before European Championship which will be in the summer.

Currently, Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is playing with teenager Marcus Rashford who has been exceptional so far for the Red Devils.

Rooney is still top scorer with 14 goals in all campaigns for United so far this season.

Man United are still in FA Cup and Europa League this term and the absence of Rooney would be a big blow.

Arsenal will face Watford in the Quarter Final of FA Cup this Sunday at Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners have been without several of players but are now likely to welcome back two of them. Duo defenders Per Mertesacker and Gabriel Paulista both are likely to return to the squad as the boss has confirmed that they have made good recovery. 

Wenger confirmed that “both are likely to make it to the 18 men squad.”

The Gunners trio Mertesacker, Gabriel and Aaron Ramsey all picked up injury earlier this week during FA Cup game against Hull City.

Duo full-backs Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal are also available and Arsenal could start with the strongest back four after a long time.

Laurent Koscielny is the only defender who is still on the sideline. Wenger said regarding him that he is set to return but this game will be too soon for him.

Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck are all in line to start this game as Wenger eye to lift FA Cup for the third time in three years.

The Gunners will have to play without seven stars due to injury and suspension while some are going to be rested.

  • Star midfielder Francis Coquelin who picked up a red card last weekend is suspended for this game. 
  • Jack Wilshere is still out with a leg injury and will take three more weeks before returning back to action.
  • Veteran Tomas Rosicky has a thigh problem and has no chance to return in the coming weeks.
  • Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Santi Cazorla both are out with a knee injury for an unpredicted period.
  • Goalkeeper Petr Cech who misses last game against Tottenham with a calf issue remains on the sideline. 
  • Center-back Laurent Koscielny is also out with a similar issue as of Cech.

  • David Ospina will be starting once again on goal. Alexis Sanchez could be rested for this game.
  • Theo Walcott and Joel Campbell are both expected to start on the attacking role.

Arsenal will travel to the other side of London to play a Derby game against Spurs at White Hart Lane this weekend.

The Gunners have following players on the sidelines; Santi Cazorla, Tomas Rosicky, Jack Wilshere, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Petr Cech and Laurent Koscielny.

Rosicky is still on the sideline and Wenger has made no updates regarding his return. But Wilshere who is yet to feature this season is still three weeks away from action.

Goalkeeper Cech picked up a muscle injury last night again Swansea City and is likely to miss the Derby this Saturday.

Center-back Koscielny who picked up a calf injury against Manchester United is doubtful for this game. He missed the game against the Swans yesterday.

Wenger updated on Chamberlain on Tuesday that he will take two month to return. It is expected that he will not take part this season.

Star midfielder Cazorla is still recovering from Achilles problems. He is recovering fine and could be seen on the pitch within few weeks.
